The service was absolutely very good. The room was updated with a bath, nice view out towards the Perth town centre, for instance. There was varied and hearty breakfasts with juice and coffee/tea, as for instance. The property's location was magnificent, right in the center.

I loved lovely sized and recently upgraded room in this hotel.
I stayed in the room that was been refurbished especially the bathroom and available with a bath. The location was marvellous: it took about 5 minutes to reach the downtown. Found a place called Cardo Restaurant & Eatery, set a few steps away from the hotel, ate there a few times❤

The bar was so cozy with a massive coal fire! I loved the quirky charm of the place.

Very good, rich breakfast buffet, very good central location, parking just around the corner and plenty of parking space
The apartment was under the roof and therefore much too warm. The corridors leading to the rooms were poorly ventilated

location, staff were attentive room was clean bright brakfast was great a lot of variety and dinner was lovely.
due no fault to the hotel I forgot to mention I was disabled, getting to my room was a struggle, pathway was narrow for a wheelchair and steps mid-way made using the wheelchair impossible. I had asistance from my son. I did not mention this when I booked with your company. I am not sure there was a box about disability on your booking form

A very old house with its own charm. Big family room. Very central location in Perth. Although we do not have our own parking spaces, there are public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity and free of charge overnight.
Some places could use an update, e.g. the color is peeling off the interior window in the dining room (yes, it is a hall!) and some silicone joints in the bathroom should be renewed.

The historic building is charming, and it's been modernized for comfort. Breakfast was an enjoyable buffet, and i loved the haggis! The location is perfect, close to shops and attractions, and the staff provided really good service-everyone was cute and friendly.

Both my wife and I had a short stay at the Salutation Hotel a few years ago and enjoyed our stay and out visit to Perth. Last week we went on a round Britain holiday and Perth was on the list to visit. Again our stay at the Salutation was enjoyable and we will return if we decide to visit Perth.
Yes, I had a pint of 80 shilling at the bar and it was not the best, the pipes could have done with cleaning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room service was good. The full breakfast was excellent, and very well cooked. The staff in the dining room were quick and effficient at getting us to our table, and bringing the tea/toast.
The room looked onto the roof of the building which had fans on top,and the noise kept my husband awake, since we had the window open, because the room was so hot. A fan was given on request, which I appreciated, but was quite old and noisy, which also interfered with my husband's sleep, although it gave me a relief from the heat, and I had earplugs in.
